Tree network topology

Tree network topology is a layout pattern of network structure. In such a case there’s parent node, or ‘root’, connected to one or more child (‘leaf’) nodes. In such a topology there’s always definite path to main root of the tree.

There are no loop routes in tree topology; there’s always the single possible route between two nodes; however, the closer node is to the root, the more traffic will go through it.
